The SYMPOC service provides two-way radio communication in wide-area setups without the need for additional infrastructure.
The SYMPOC system allows you to create private channels and groups for communication without barriers - these are called ‘TalkGroups’. You can increase team’s situational awareness by sending messages with images, video and audio clips.
Users can also create incident groups so response teams can quickly and easily share content.
There are many options to communicate with many users at a time. Using the in-app contact list, you can make calls to a whole group or select users whilst also creating ad-hoc user groups. You can also prioritise levels across the TalkGroups to ensure the most important messages are seen first.
