Two Way Radio Repairs
The Smye-Rumsby on-site workshop is fully equipped to service and repair a wide variety of electronic equipment including everything from individual two way radios, CCTV systems, audio equipment and much more.
To ensure you get the longest possible life out of your radios, we carry out routine maintenance on the systems we supply. Our team of radio engineers are trained to identify potential problems before they happen and with planned downtime to cause as little disruption to your business as possible.
Two Way Radio Repairs
We have our own fully equipped workshop onsite at the Smye-Rumsby headquarters, located in Dover, Kent. All of our two way radio repairs are done in house by our team of engineers.
The workshop is staffed by our highly-skilled team of installers, technicians, and specialist engineers who are trained to manufacturer-approved level.
We know that unplanned downtime can cause disruption to your business. Our two way radio repairs are completed on-site – providing a prompt service with equipment repaired to manufacturer-approved standards.
Our technical team are on hand for support and expertise. Types of repairs we frequently have in our workshop include:
- Accidental damage

- Component failures and replacement such as cables, screen, microphones and battery
- Radio reprogramming
Equipment Testing
Please note a minimum charge of £20+VAT per 30 minutes will be incurred by the customer if your equipment requires any of the following:
Testing
Analysis
Inspection
Fault Investigation
Warranty Testing
(Depending on Manufacturer Warranty Agreement)
However, this fee will be deducted or refunded from the cost of any further Purchase, Repair, or Service the customer chooses to undertake with Smye Rumsby Ltd.
Smye Rumsby hold no responsibility for cost or replacement if customer equipment cannot be repaired.
Please note Carriage charges maybe incurred if equipment requires inspection by Manufacturer.
