The workshop is staffed by our highly-skilled team of installers, technicians, and specialist engineers who are trained to manufacturer-approved level.

We know that unplanned downtime can cause disruption to your business. Our repairs are completed on-site – providing a prompt service with equipment repaired to manufacturer-approved standards.

Servicing & Repairs

The Smye-Rumsby on-site workshop is fully equipped to service and repair a wide variety of electronic equipment including everything from individual handheld radios, CCTV systems, audio equipment and much more.

To ensure you get the longest possible life out of your radios, we carry out routine maintenance on the systems we supply. Our expert team of engineers are trained to identify potential problems before they happen and with planned downtime to cause as little disruption to your business as possible.

Please note a minimum charge of £20+VAT per 30 minutes. Will be incurred by the customer. If customer equipment requires:

However, this fee will be deducted or refunded from the cost of any further Purchase, Repair, or Service the customer chooses to undertake with Smye Rumsby Ltd.

Smye Rumsby hold no responsibility for cost or replacement if customer equipment cannot be repaired.

Please note Carriage charges maybe incurred if equipment requires inspection by Manufacturer.
